Meet the founders
My name is Olaoluwa Oguneye and I am a senior at Decatur High School. I am a Power Forward and Center on the DHS Varsity Basketball team, and I have aspirations to help solve world issues using computer science and engineering.
As the president of both the Investing club and the Forward Focus Mentorship Club at my school, I have leadership experience and know what it takes to run a successful organization. Additionally, I have a love for service that is best displayed through my community service involvement with both my school's National Honor Society chapter and outside organizations such as the Black Man Lab and Vox Atlanta. I believe that the fact that I am the President and overall leader in service hours of the 350 member National Honor Society chapter at my school displays my affinity further.
I love helping the youth, and my work with Hoop Legendz has taught me valuable lessons about the value of responsibility, patience, and hard work. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

My name is Jake Eagle. I am a senior Decatur High School, deeply committed to making a positive difference in my community. I'm passionate about social justice and helping the homeless, and actively seek opportunities to support these causes. As an active member of my two churches and someone passionate about my faith, I find fulfillment in helping others grow in their faith.
I'm a pianist and skilled graphic designer with several Adobe certifications. My participation in the IB Diploma Program and leadership roles in school clubs have honed my organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. My values of integrity, compassion, and commitment to excellence are evident in everything I do.
